Celebrating 80 Years of Quality and Longevity in Manufacturing
As we reflect on nearly eight decades in business, we’re reminded that true quality is best measured over time.
The photo on the left captures a fleet of Kaddy-Lac golf carts from the early 1950s (1952-1954), identified by their distinctive die-cast aluminum wheels and straight handles. Can anyone guess which Toronto-area golf course these carts might have been used on?
Fast forward to just two weeks ago—on the right, you’ll see a Kaddy-Lac cart at Conestoga Country Club. The Grounds Superintendent shared his personal cart with us, a 1962 Kaddy-Lac Special, complete with its original aluminum-cast cigarette holder. The serial number embedded in the center casting confirmed its remarkable history.
This is the essence of Kaddy-Lac: A legacy of quality that endures for generations.
Celebrating our 80th anniversary this year, we continue to stand by the same values that have carried us through economic cycles and evolving trends. As a 4th-generation, family-owned business, we remain dedicated to the craftsmanship and attention to detail that makes Kaddy-Lac golf carts a staple on courses worldwide.
Today, we still produce hand-operated push carts using the same high-quality alloy aluminum materials, timeless design, and skilled assembly that ensure our products will continue to roll along the fairways for decades to come.
How does the longevity of your golf cart fleet measure up?
